We want you to feel confident ordering from us—and we’ll always do our best to make things right.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please email us at tara@shesrootedhome.com with your order number as soon as possible.

We’re happy to help with changes or cancellations before your order ships whenever possible.

Because our saffron corms are limited and reserved in advance, all approved order cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation fee to help cover processing, payment, and inventory reservation costs.

Once orders begin processing for shipment or inventory has been allocated for the season, cancellations may no longer be possible.

Pre-Orders (Saffron Corms)

All saffron corms are sold as pre-orders and ship in August, which is the ideal planting time.

By placing a pre-order, you are reserving inventory ahead of the season.

Please note that we occasionally run limited-time promotions throughout the season, and we are unable to retroactively apply discounts or sale pricing to previous orders.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable and seasonal nature of saffron corms:

We do not accept returns once orders have shipped.

However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out—we genuinely want to make it right if possible.
