Orders may be cancelled before the product is shipped. Customers will need to email customer support at [email protected] to cancel their orders and must provide their order number. Please note that a cancellation fee amounting to 20% of your total purchase will be applied for any cancellations made. There are no refunds or returns for orders that have already shipped.
